Dealer Application
To qualify as a dealer or
distributor of Professor Motor Products you will need to complete a dealer application
form as shown on one of these links : (pdf
format) or (html
format) and submit
for our review & approval prior to
placing orders. In general we look for an established commercial business
relationship with other major suppliers as the main qualification for becoming a
dealer and a brick & mortar store front. Please fill out your application as completely as possible
and be sure that all entries are legible
to help speed the application approval process. A copy of your Sales Tax
License
documentation should also be provided at the time of your
dealer application. We
would recommend that your application be submitted through normal postal mail to
prevent readability issues associated with sending via fax, but if desired fax
using the "FINE" setting to 734-462-4211.
Available Merchandise
The parts listing, suggested
retail pricing and dealer discount of available
merchandise we sell wholesale to dealers is shown in our dealer catalog. All merchandise is discounted to qualified dealers
at the U.S. industry standard hobby store rate except as noted in this listing.

do not have one already. Dealer information and pricing is only available to dealers that have
submitted dealer applications and have been approved. There are no minimum
order requirements.
Payment Information
Payments for Domestic
Orders : Prepayment of invoices is required for all new dealers and we
DO NOT ship
COD. Prepayment methods may
include VISA, MasterCard or other credit card payments.
Payments for International Orders
: Prepayment of invoices is
required for international dealer orders. Prepayment
methods may include direct bank wire transfer or VISA / MasterCard / other credit card payments.
Bank information to send wire transfers is available on request.
Ordering Methods
We would recommend use of email
whenever possible for placing your orders. Email your orders to :
support@professormotor.com
. When we receive your email with
an order, we will send back an email for confirmation. Fax may also be
used (734-462-4211 on "FINE" setting). Our online 24/7 system may also be
used for dealer
orders but if items are ordered we do not distribute then the full web price
will be charged.
Shipping
All merchandise is
FOB (Free On Board) Livonia, Michigan. Shipping
charges will be added to your invoice for each order
placed based on actual shipping costs, or in some cases estimated shipping costs
will be assessed with adjustments made to correct charges to actual cost made on
a subsequent invoice. Free shipping discounts are available for large
volume orders over $500 net exclusive of the MGPS10AD power supply. Domestic orders will be shipped UPS Ground Insured or
U.S. Post Office air mail insured for Canadian orders.
Invoicing & Dealer
Terms
Two copies of paper invoices will be included with each shipment to
help support your record keeping and order check-in although dealers using
credit card payment will receive electronic invoices via email in place of the
paper copies. Performa invoices sent to
establish prepayment amounts will be handled via electronic mail as a general
rule. Please contact us for special arrangements, if required.
Dealer terms for international accounts are prepayment. Domestic accounts
are prepayment for all new accounts.
Price
Adjustments
Since merchandise is in many cases imported, prices are subject to change given currency
fluctuations, duty rates and other vagaries of international
commerce. We will make every effort, however, to maintain pricing
as stable as possible to prevent that from being an issue for your business.
All prices, in general, are subject to change without notice.
